A sustainable
renovation
The sustainability of our buildings is also being continuously improved. Recently solar panels were installed on the roof, infrastructure for electric charging stations was installed in the garage and the ceilings were renewed and equipped with modern LED lighting. Further improvements such as refurbishing the lobby and common areas are currently being implemented.
For us, concern for sustainability is a priority. Fully in line with the policy assumed by Quinta da Fonte, where several improvement measures are being implemented, such as real-time monitoring of energy consumption, the replacement of standard lightning with LED lights, installation of energy saving sensors, the improvement of HVAC systems and the analysis of renewable energies such as solar energy. In our buildings the concern is real. The renovation we are carrying out is a reflection of the will to do more, to do better and to ensure a balanced and healthy planet. The management of Quinta da Fonte aims to obtain a environmental certification of all the buildings of the Quinta. From our side we affirm the unconditional support to make this goal a reality and we are committed to seeking greener ways of working every day.

Creating conditions to increase environmentally friendly mobility, has been a priority at Quinta da Fonte, for instance the several partnerships established for the offer of shared-use electric equipment for shared-use, solutions for charging electric vehicles and, of course, the increasing and better offer in public transportation ways.
